Welcome to BREAKPOINT! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”), which provides scoring, results, and event management for tactical biathlon competitions.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements for participation in tactical biathlon events as set by event organizers.

2. App Purpose

The App is designed solely for scoring, tracking, and managing results in tactical biathlon events (involving running, shooting, and timed stages). It does not provide training, coaching, or safety certifications.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with competition rules.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.
• You must ensure that all information you provide (registration details, performance data, etc.) is accurate and truthful.

4. Event Data & Results

Scores, times, and stage results recorded in the App are final as determined by event officials. The App provides data entry and display but does not replace official competition oversight. Leaderboards and rankings may be displayed publicly during and after events.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, software, and all related content are owned by Zack Reisz. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Risks & Disclaimer

Tactical biathlon competitions involve strenuous physical activity and the use of firearms. Participation carries inherent risks, including injury. The App is not responsible for safety, range management, or physical conditions of any event. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release [Company/Organization Name] from liability related to competition participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
